What you can write to us about
- Bug reports. If something didn't work right, briefly tell us your browser, your device and what you did. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Translation suggestions. The site is available in 25 languages. If you spotted a phrase in your native language that's wrong or sounds odd, tell us which sentence it is and what you'd suggest.
- Feedback from teachers. If you used the game in a lesson, we'd like to know how it went and what was missing.
- Data and content corrections. If you think a country's figure is wrong or out of date, write to us with your source.
- Advertising and partnerships. Use the same address for sponsorship, content partnerships or press inquiries.
- Privacy requests. For requests about your rights, see the privacy policy.
How quickly we reply
We're a small team. We usually try to get back to messages within a few business days; at busy times it can take longer. We read every message, but we may not be able to reply to each one individually. Please don't include anything sensitive, like passwords or payment details, in your message.
